- Todd Jackson is a 25-year veteran of the lending industry. He started his career with Executive Mortgage, Inc. in 1999. After 10 years with Executive Mortgage, Todd spent 8 years at Bank of America / Merrill Lynch as a Wealth Management Banker. He has extensive knowledge in credit structuring and home loans and applies his banking and mortgage background on a daily basis to assist clients with their home mortgage transactions. In addition to being a licensed mortgage originator, Todd has also held his Series 7 and Series 63 Securities licenses in the past. This background allows Todd to have a clear understanding of financial planning and properly incorporating mortgage debt into the overall financial plan. Todd is currently licensed to do mortgage business in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and North Carolina. Throughout his career, he has been active in assisting Financial Planners and Advisors and their client base to incorporate mortgage lending strategies into their overall practice.
- When not working, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife Jenny and two kids. He is a life-long resident of Louisiana. He is a member of the USGA, Delta Waterfowl, Ducks Unlimited, CCA, and St. James Episcopal Church.
- John Graeber is a native of Oxford, Mississippi, and a proud graduate of the Oxford School District, the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), and the Mississippi School of Banking. He began his career in banking in 2016 following his graduation from Ole Miss and has since built a strong reputation in the financial industry. Before joining GMFS Mortgage in March 2024, John worked as a community banker in Memphis, Tennessee. His return to Oxford alongside his wife, Hallie, marked a meaningful homecoming, and joining the GMFS Mortgage team was a natural next step in his career. With extensive knowledge of the credit markets and a proven track record of helping clients navigate their credit and banking needs, John brings both expertise and dedication to every customer relationship. He is licensed to serve clients in Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
- Outside of work, John is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with family and friends.
- Many people refer to Bob Lank as the dean of mortgage banking as he has actively been involved for over 50 years in the mortgage industry. Beginning in the mortgage department at Louisiana National Bank in 1972 he was involved with construction lending, originating, processing, closing and servicing. After 14 years with LNB he joined Baton Rouge Title Company as a branch manager and Notary Public for 6+ years where he gained experience and knowledge about the loan closing process. In 1992 he opened his own Mortgage Brokerage business, Executive Mortgage, where he put his vast overall knowledge and experience to work for all of his customers for 17+ years. Bob wrapped up his career as a Sr. Mortgage Banker with GMFS where for the last 10+ years, he has enjoyed servicing and helping 1000’s of customers with professional and personal assistance when they either purchase or refinance a home loan. Now retired, he is still an integral part of the team and is constantly coaching and mentoring Todd and John with his extensive knowledge of the industry.
- Bob has been married to Evalyn for 52 years and is the proud father of 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. Bob enjoys being outdoors and loves growing orchids and is a member of the Louisiana Master Gardner’s Association.
