Carla handled our mortgage and then monitored the rates for us when we wanted to refinance. We had a great experience both times.  They made the process as painless as possible with very competitive rates.

Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Communication was good throughout the process. Everything, except signing papers at the attorneys office was done online.
