When it comes to purchasing a home, there are many steps to consider, and many people are involved in the process. From finding the perfect property to securing financing, there are countless individuals who has played a key role in helping me make the dream of owning a home a reality. One such group that deserves recognition is GMFS Mortgage & Smart Move Real Estate .

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rachael Taylor, Nicole Faulk , & Laura Capper during my home buying journey, and I can’t thank them enough for making the process smooth sailing. From the moment I reached out to Ms. Rachael Taylor, I was greeted with professionalism, expertise, and a genuine desire to help me achieve my goal of becoming a homeowner.

Minus one star because of underwriting. Although I had a prenuptial agreement and had already filed for my divorce which was waiting on a signature, the underwriter tried to force me to have my ex-spouse disclose his credit card information to add to my application.
